Individual Counseling
Individual Sessions $125hr
When trials and/or adversity occurs in life, Individual counseling is a personal opportunity to receive support and experience growth during any challenging times in life. Individual counseling can help one deal with many personal topics in life such as anger, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, low self-esteem, parenting problems, school difficulties, problem solving skills, interpersonal skills, and/or career challenges etc.
Life Coaching Services
Single Session $60
This is a one time session for those who have not engaged in any services before
When a family seeks counseling, it is usually for concerns pertaining to parenting, sibling conflict, loss of family member(s), new member(s) entering the family, dealing with a major move or a general change affecting the family system
Individual Sessions $125hr
One on one guidance, support, encouragement, mentoring, and goal setting. We will work collaboratively in learning/implementing tools that will catapult you into living your best authentic life.
